1. We contact you to explain the process from start to finish. Any questions that you may have will be clearly outlined in this initial phone call.
2. We will then arrange for one of our reps to visit you ad take photos of the damp or damage caused by the insulation. In addition they will also take a photo of some i.d. and a utility bill dated within the last 3 months. You will be required to sign some agreements so that the chosen legal team can can prove that it’s the cavity wall insulation that is causing you the damp.
3. The legal team will then guide you through the process and you can pick up the phone at any point in time. You will continuously be updated on the progress of the claim.
4. The insulation will be removed from the property and all the repair work will be done to put the walls back to pristine condition. You will also get thousands in compensation. The amount will vary depending on the severity of the damage to the house.
